Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Offcolor AI, Yerevan, Armenia ("we", "us"), which runs OFFCOLOR at offcolorai.com. By creating an account or using OFFCOLOR, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

1. The service

OFFCOLOR provides tools for color matching and color correction of images, such as Color Lock and the correction panel. Most processing happens in your own web browser. Features, limits and prices are described on our website and may change over time.

2. Your account

You need an account to save results. You must give a real email address, keep access to it secure, and are responsible for what happens under your account. One account is for one person. You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent where you live, to create an account.

3. Your images and results

You keep all rights to the images you use and the results you create. Your images are processed on your device and are not uploaded to us. You are responsible for having the right to use the images you work with, and for how you use the results. Don't use OFFCOLOR for anything illegal, or for content that infringes someone else's rights.

4. Fair use

Don't try to get around plan limits, interfere with the service, copy or resell it, or use automated means to access it in ways a normal user wouldn't. We may limit or suspend accounts that do.

5. About the results

OFFCOLOR uses automated and AI-based processing. Results depend on your images and can differ from what you expect, and can contain mistakes. Color matches may not be exact, especially when the images differ a lot. Please check every result before you use it. We provide the service "as is" and don't guarantee that any result will be suitable for a particular purpose.

6. Plans, billing and cancellation

Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly (or yearly, if offered), and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again. Unused photos or features don't carry over to the next period. Photo packs are one-time purchases that add photos to your account; pack photos can use the tools included in your current plan. Pack photos stay valid for 12 months from purchase and are used after your plan's monthly photos. Prices are shown before you pay. If we change a price, we'll tell you in advance and the new price will apply from your next billing period.

7. Refunds

All payments, including subscriptions and photo packs, are final and non-refundable. This includes cases where a result isn't what you wanted: results are produced automatically and can vary, which is why you can try OFFCOLOR on the Free plan before you pay. When you start a paid plan, you ask us to give you access straight away, and you acknowledge that, where the law allows, you lose any right to cancel and get a refund once access has started.

This doesn't affect rights you have under the law of your country that can't be waived. If you were charged by mistake, for example twice for the same period, contact us and we'll fix it.

8. Free plan and early access

The Free plan and early access are provided as they are, and we may change or end them. During early access some features may be unfinished or change without notice.

9. Changes and availability

We work to keep OFFCOLOR running smoothly, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may add, change or remove features. If we make important changes to these terms, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, tell you by email or on the site.

10. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost data or lost business, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

11. Ending the agreement

You can stop using OFFCOLOR and delete your account at any time on your Account page. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. Sections 3, 5, 7 and 10 continue to apply after the agreement ends.

12. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia. Courts in Yerevan will handle any dispute, unless the law of your country gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.
