Yes, during early access every tool is free and unlimited. Paid plans start at launch. After launch, a free account gets Color Lock, Pro correction and Skin Tone Protect for 5 photos a month at full resolution. The other tools come with Pro or Studio.

No. OFFCOLOR runs in your web browser on a computer, tablet or phone. A recent version of Chrome, Safari, Edge or Firefox works best. Large images are faster on a computer.

Not yet. Today the tools work on photos and still frames. Video is next: Color Lock and correction for clips up to 15 seconds. Early-access members hear first.

No. OFFCOLOR doesn't draw or invent anything. It changes color, light and texture only. What's in the picture, every shape, face and detail, stays exactly as it is.

No. Your images are processed on your own device, in your browser. They are never uploaded to our servers or anyone else's, and we can't see them.

Results you save appear in your History, kept only in your browser on this device (up to the last 30). They aren't sent to us and don't appear on your other devices. Clearing your browser's site data removes them. Some browsers, such as Safari, may also remove them if you don't visit for a while, so download anything you want to keep.

For your account: your email, your name, anything optional you add, your plan and how many photos you've saved this month. Never your images. The full details are on our Privacy page.

Two images of the same scene and framing: the reference with the right colors (your original, or the frame whose look you want), and the AI edit to fix. Color Lock learns from everything the two have in common, sets the edit to the reference's colors, and keeps what the AI added or changed.

It works best when the two images show the same scene from about the same angle. If the AI moved the camera, cropped hard or redrew most of the picture, there is less in common to learn from. Try a reference that's closer to the edit, and use Strength to blend the result.

In the Realism Pass, one click finds what makes an image look generated and gives it the finish of a real camera: it removes color casts, calms oversaturated color, makes skin tones natural with real skin texture, softens plastic highlights, brings out fine detail, and adds sensor grain and subtle lens character. It shows what it found. Turn it up or down with Fix strength, or fine-tune each part.

For a product placed into a scene that looks pasted in. Tap the product to select it, paint over shiny metal parts if there are any, and press Blend. It is relit with the scene's own light: brightness, light color and direction, shading, metal that reflects the room, matched grain, softer edges and a contact shadow. The product itself stays exactly the same. It can't redraw the product, change its angle or add new reflections; for that you need a generative tool.

Use Brand Color Lock. Add your color codes, or take them from your logo, then click Point to it and click where each color is in the image. It sets them to the exact values, keeping light and shadow, and shows how close each one is.

Yes. In Shot Match, grade one hero shot with any tool, then add the other shots of the scene. Each is matched to the hero and takes the same grade, and you can save them all together as a ZIP.

Yes. The preview is smaller so it stays fast, but saves are made at full size. With Color Lock you choose: the reference's exact size, or the edit's own size.

Yes. Save the grade as a .cube LUT and load it in DaVinci Resolve, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut or any editor that reads LUTs. LUTs carry color only, so grain, sharpening and Product Blend are not part of them.

Each image you save counts as one photo. Trying things out, adjusting sliders and comparing don't count.

Add a photo pack: 50 photos for $4.99, 150 for $12.99 or 500 for $34.99. Packs are one-time, with no subscription, and work on any plan, including Free. Pack photos stay valid for 12 months, are used after your monthly photos, and get the tools of your plan.

Yes, any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.

Yes, for your first payment, if you ask within 7 days and haven't saved any photos with it yet. Trying the tools and adjusting sliders don't count; saving or exporting does. Photo packs can be refunded within 7 days if none of their photos have been used. Renewals aren't refundable, and neither is a result that wasn't what you hoped for, which is why you can try OFFCOLOR on the Free plan first.

To ask, email offcolorai@gmail.com with your account's email, the purchase date, the amount and a short reason. We reply within 3 business days. A refunded plan ends straight away and your account moves to Free. If you were charged by mistake, we always refund the extra charge. The full rules, including EU and UK rights, are in our Terms.

Paid plans open at launch, with payments handled by a secure payment provider. We never see or store your card details.

From launch, yes: you need at least a free account to use the tools, and signing up takes only your email. A Free account can use the tools included in the Free plan, which are Color Lock, Pro correction and Skin Tone Protect. Realism Pass, Product Blend, looks, Shot Match and Brand Color Lock need Pro or Studio. During early access, every tool is open to everyone.
